Proper technique of reducing paraphimosis:
In Paraphimosis there is a painful Tyre like swelling developed below glans penis. This swelling develops when there is retraction of penile foreskin and this remains for some time.
Manual Reduction:
Make the patient comfortable and give assurance.
Apply lignocaine gel over oedematous part.
Hold the penis below swelling with your left hand as shown in the picture.
Put a gentle pressure on glans penis with the help of right hand thumb, index fingure and middle fingure together.
Prepuce will start getting advance over the engorged glance.

Go slowly. Do not make hustle.
